Let's walk you through a typical day when you use our service:
STEP 1:Your first step is to search our many available rental units and either call our office at (773) 734-4501 x1 or Schedule an Appointment Online. This tells us who you are, what you are looking for and what we need to do to make you happy.
STEP 2:Once that's done, you'll be assigned a Leasing Agent who'll show you the units that you are interested in and also chat with you about your tastes, your price range and what neighborhoods appeal to you most.
STEP 3:Once we've found a spot you love, you will need to fill out an application and put down your 1st month’s rent which will secure the apartment you are interested in. Our entire Closing Department is then at your disposal to make this a hassle-free step toward renting your dream apartment!
